SOLAR-X (SX500) high efficiency module is a "PREMIUM GRADE" product specifically designed to replace BP Solar's popular BPSX350J modules. This is a hole for hole "BOLT IN REPLACEMENT". Solar-X is Committed to: Manufacturing a classic Industrial Grade solar module. We use only grade A German cells, large conduit ready Jbox and anodized aluminium frames 1.97" thick. In Contrast: Module manufacturers today (including BP) are reducing the integrity of their small solar modules. They accomplish this by using grade B or broken cells, using pigtails or a small Jbox and using thin frames to reduce cost. SOLAR-X high efficiency module size is easy to handle and specifically designed to perform in the harshest of environments.The SOLAR-X module uses state of the art Crystalline technology with a Silicon Nitride (SiN) coating that enhances cell efficiency. Encapsulation beneath high transmission tempered glass is accomplished using an advanced, UV resistant thermal setting plastic. The encapsulant, ethylene vinyl acetate, cushions the solar cells within the laminate and protects the cells from damage. The rear surface of the module is completely sealed from moisture and mechanical damage by a continuous high strength polymer sheet. The SOLAR-X module incorporates a reinforced anodized aluminum frame, designed to meet SOLAR-X High Quality Standards for corrosion resistance.
